About
Welcome to my practice! I am a board certified clinical psychologist and from an integrative/humanistic approach, I work with adults of all backgrounds, cultures, genders and sexual orientations. I hold a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Master’s degrees in Bioethics and Clinical Psychology, and am a Fellow in Thanatology: Death Education and Counseling. I align my therapy work with the goals, wishes and needs of the clients I work with. I strive to create a safe space to help you tap into inner courage, authenticity, creativity, presence, compassion. I am also a couples therapist and work from Relational Life Therapy lens.
Over the years, I have worked with many individuals with various concerns. I have specialized in working with people who have experienced trauma, loss, and bereavement. In any work I do, my primary goal is to foster inner peacefulness while uphold connection. My priority is to provide you with a confidential and supportive environment.
Growth, healing, awareness, connection, communication, contemplation, meaning-making, adjusting to life changes, learning to be present, being okay with who you are and where you are in life are some of the topics that come up in my therapeutic space.
