Meliora Counseling & Wellness is the name of my practice. Meliora is a latin work for "Things continuing to change" and My tagline is... The pursuit of better, because I believe that everyone has the ability to be the best version of themselves. I believe that we can strive everyday to be better than yesterday. My clients are in charge of their own healing, and so I take a client-centered approach to therapy, and I believe in utilizing one’s strengths and building upon them in order to help my clients reach their goals.
While treating anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, body image issues, and grief, I create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their struggles and work toward meaningful change.
I am a dedicated Licensed Therapist whose goal is to help others. I am trustworthy, compassionate and empathetic. I have a group practice with 8 amazing therapists who are dedicated to helping you be the best version of yourself. We make it a point to create a warm and safe environment.
