I have experience working with couples, families, adults, and adolescents for over six years. I have worked with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, relationship issues, body dysmorphia, teen peer or family problems and divorce challenges. I often incorporate the lifelong skills of CBT, DBT, ACT and REBT therapies.
Some specialties I work with are: those with Aspergers (high functioning autism), Borderline Personality Disorder, ADHD, codependency issues, chronic illness, and struggling teens / young adults. I'm available online throughout Texas & in-person in Lubbock,TX; evenings and weekends; private pay.
