My strengths are helping clients process their experiences, increase their self-awareness, and make connections and meaning of their situations. I specialize in helping clients address their relationship issues with conflict, connectivity, and communication.
I specialize in working with people who experience challenges and stressors specific to Black couples, families, and individuals with marginalized identities. My training and research experience in social justice issues and relationship health give me a unique lens and approach to therapy.
I want to help you gain new coping skills, restructure negative behaviors and thought patterns, transform relationship cycles of conflict into healthier connections leaving you feeling more empowered and in tune with yourself and others.
