I also work with couples with a co-therapist, allowing each client to feel like they have an advocate in the room. This helps the couple identify, negotiate and achieve their goals whether individually or collectively.
I work with individuals and couples struggling with depression, anxiety or stress, difficulty communicating and understanding themselves and others. I help patients identify how to manage these difficulties so they can have more satisfying relationships and careers.
