I want you to feel heard, understood and successful in your healing journey. I use an approach that is warm, welcoming and affirming with my clients. I focus my work with adults who have experienced relational trauma, depression, and anxiety. I specialize in women’s mental health and have over 20 years of experience working with women’s issues. I bring a compassionate, informed approach to the emotional, relational, and life-stage challenges women face across the lifespan.
As a therapist, I offer a warm, supportive space to help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and life experiences. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, gain clarity, and explore what’s been holding you back. I’ll support you in setting meaningful goals in finding your way forward. You don’t have to do it alone, I’m here to walk along with you.
For a faster response, please email me and include your goals of therapy and your insurance, so I can notify you if I am a good fit and a participating provider. I am currently accepting in-person clients only in my Therapy Shed in Cortland, NY. Sessions are held 4:00-7:00 pm Mon-Thu. I look forward to hearing from you!
