A strong connection to your therapist is the cornerstone of good therapy and is more likely to lead towards personal growth and achievement of your life goals. I want you to feel heard, understood and successful in your healing journey. I use an approach that is warm, welcoming and real with my clients. I specialize my work with adults who have experienced relational trauma, depression, anxiety and victims of narcissistic abuse. I am certified in trauma therapies such as TF-CBT, IFS, and Tapping (EFT). I also pull from an eclectic approach of therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT and family systems.
Children or partners of narcissistic family members are often made to feel they are to blame for everything. If you’ve been manipulated, verbally/psychologically abused, gaslit, or that your feelings were ignored/neglected, you may have been targeted. It is not your fault and you are not alone. I personally understand and I can help you find hope again.
I currently have a waitlist for new clients for in-person sessions in Cortland, NY. Please email me for a faster response and include your goals of therapy and your insurance so I can notify you if I am a good fit and a participating provider. Sessions are held 4:00-8:00pm Mon-Thu.
