Hi and welcome! A key component to successful therapy and personal change starts with a strong connection between therapist and client. I work with adults in ALL areas of relationships, including your relationship with yourself. I walk with people on the journey to their natural, authentic self with a professional and individual tx plan. I use an integrative model; including humanistic, holistic, CBT, ACT, somatic work and supportive psychotherapy-meeting a person where they are on any specific day. I am a mother, was a single mother, now a step mother, a grandmother, a lover of nature and a survivor of this 'human condition.'
I have experience working with trauma, grief and loss, adoption, parenting, parental narcissism, depression, anxiety, insomnia, bipolar and all areas of personal growth. My passion is walking with you to be the best and most authentic self possible which automatically will improve all of your relationships-both personal and professional.
My favorite quote is from Leonard Cohen- "There is a Crack in Everything. That is How the Light Gets in." There is hope that all of us can experience more light and feel a little lighter.
