I work interpersonally in the here & now, combining principals and practices from object relations, family systems, & experiential therapies. I also have over 13 years experience of helping children & teens with their personal challenges.
I utilize somatic and art therapies, relaxation & mindfulness practices, depth perspective, as well as practical applications and approaches. By combining these therapies, we address the whole person & attend to the importance of the mind/body connection in the healing process.
