About
I have a passion for helping people navigate through life's hardships. Everyone struggles in one way or another. Grief, loss, anxiety, conflict, depression and life transitions are all a part of life. Guiding people through conflicts and working with relationships is one of my strengths. I have a special interest in helping college students who are trying to figure out their lives apart from their families. I find it very fulfilling to support and help clients through difficult situations that will lead them to a more positive and peaceful life.
As a former school counselor for 9 years I have experience working with parenting issues and navigating the different areas of the school system. I enjoy working with and supporting teachers and school personnel.
I will provide a comfortable, nonjudgmental and caring atmosphere to help and support you as we work through your journey together.
