We will examine your thoughts & your history then develop an action plan together to address the root of your challenges. I am trained in EMDR trauma therapy and draw on solution-focused therapy, CBT, DBT and inner child work during therapy.
I’m available in-person in Lubbock and online throughout TX. I accept most most insurances and also offer cash pay.
