When you are experiencing emotional challenges, often you need help sooner rather than later. If you contact me, I try to contact you within 24 hours. I have availability at 5 PM and 6 PM and am available in-person in Lubbock or online throughout Texas. If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma or other ongoing stressors, I will help you find solutions. I see individuals, couples, families with children and teens. I am a young 54 years old, which I see as a plus, because there is a certain amount of wisdom that comes with life experiences. I relate to young people well as I have experience as a school counselor.
I am trained to meet clients' needs in a variety of ways. I am trained in EMDR which is effective when other therapies have not worked. Some other modalities I draw on are Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. We are going to try what we need to in order to get you where you want to be.
