Hello and welcome. I have been helping adults with various issues including stress, depression, anxiety, relationships, grief, and addiction over the past 15 years. I'm an independent master's level social worker (LMSW) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) . My training and work experience has included inpatient psychiatric care, outpatient mental health and addiction therapy, crisis care, and training supervision. I am also a licensed pilot and specialize in helping clients overcome anxiety associated with flying and supporting performance related stressors for pilots and other professionals.
I believe in curating a holistic approach that fits your unique needs using my training in CBT, DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused techniques, Heart Rate Variability Training, and Safe and Sound Protocol.
