I enjoy working with children, teens, young adults, and LGBTQ+ individuals navigating anxiety, life adjustments, identity development, relationship challenges, burnout, self-esteem concerns, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, exhausted, misunderstood, or unsure of their next steps. Together, we create a supportive space where they can better understand themselves, develop healthier coping skills, process difficult experiences, and build confidence in who they are. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, connected, and capable of creating meaningful change in their lives.
My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate strength-based interventions, psychoeducation, mindfulness, emotional regulation skills, and practical coping strategies tailored to each client's unique needs. My goal is to help you build insight, confidence, resilience, and meaningful progress toward your goals.
Seeking support can feel vulnerable, especially when you've been carrying so much on your own. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, I would be honored to meet you where you are and support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
