As a licensed psychologist, it is my privilege to assist couples and individuals who are having relationship difficulties, are struggling with transitions in their lives, or are coping with a mental illness. In therapy, I provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment for you to explore your concerns, gain new insights, and learn new coping skills. I help couples and adults live happier and healthier lives by understanding the roots of their behaviors, being able to communicate more effectively, making necessary changes, and learning to accept things that cannot be changed.
I have experience working with couples and adults from diverse backgrounds. I utilize an integrative and holistic approach to therapy that incorporates attachment theory, interpersonal psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness.
The most important aspect of therapy is finding a good fit between the client and therapist. I am happy to spend a few minutes on the telephone with you so that you may determine if we are a good fit.
