As a licensed psychologist, it is my privilege to assist couples and individuals who are struggling with transitions in their lives, are having relationship difficulties, or are coping with a mental illness. In therapy, I provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment for you to explore your concerns, gain new insights, and learn new coping skills. I help individuals and couples live happier and healthier lives by understanding the roots of their behaviors, making necessary changes, and learning to accept things that cannot be changed.
I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and couples from diverse backgrounds. I utilize an integrative and holistic approach to therapy that incorporates interpersonal psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness.
The most important aspect of therapy is finding a good fit between the client and therapist. I am happy to spend a few minutes on the telephone with you so that you may determine if we are a good fit.
