VIRTUAL Dialectical behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Training Group in San Jose . Learn Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotional regulation and Distress Tolerance. In- person and virtual groups for individuals who participate in the full DBT program. Tuesdays 1-2:30 pm and Thursdays from 5:15-6:45 pm. Learn to manage emotions and reach your goals. Change complex behaviors including anger, emotional crisis, anxiety, and depression, and any other condition where emotions get in the way of getting the life you want. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Training
We offer an open Dialectical behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Training Group in San Jose where we teach skills in Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotional Regulation and Distress Tolerance. This group is for individuals who are currently in individual psychotherapy or are willing to be in individual DBT therapy with me. The group teaches skills in emotional regulation and is well suited to individuals with anger management difficulties, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, and any other condition where managing emotions is challenging.
