Are you feeling stuck—stuck in cycles of pain—whether emotional, physical, or relational? I work with clients ages 18 to 70 who are navigating trauma, chronic pain, or relational struggles. By uncovering the fears, limiting beliefs, and false narratives that play on repeat, I walk with you thru healing and help you rediscover your true identity and worth. My work with women who have experienced sexual assault who are carrying the invisible wounds of trauma—includes female Veterans. You may be asking yourself, questions like “Can I trust anyone?” or "Will life ever feel normal again?” YLet's work together to find a way forward.
I'm master trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and also EMDR, two powerful brain-based therapies that help resolve trauma and emotional pain efficiently and effectively. I also offer a space for clients who want to incorporate their Christian faith and values into the counseling process.
