I provide trauma-informed mental health therapy for children, teens, young adults, and emerging adults ages 5-35, offering a safe, affirming, and culturally responsive space to heal, grow, and feel understood. As a bicultural and bilingual clinician, I am deeply committed to meeting clients where they are—honoring identity, lived experiences, and the unique barriers that can make seeking therapy feel overwhelming.
My clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including EMDR, TF-CBT, CBT, and DBT, and is tailored to each individual’s needs. I have experience providing individual therapy, group therapy, play therapy, and I integrate additional modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychoeducation, etc.
