Dr. Green is an award winning psychologist and a nationally recognized researcher. She is a former collegiate professor of Psychology and Behavioral Neuroscience. Dr. Green treats clients with a variety of presenting concerns including eating disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, borderline personality disorder, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. Dr. Green specializes in the treatment of eating disorders using the latest advances in treatment science.
Dr. Green’s eating disorder research has been featured in the national media including Science Daily, Psychiatry Advisor, and Doctor’s Radio. Dr. Green reviews research articles for over 20 scientific journals and presents regularly at national and international conferences alongside other leading experts in eating disorder treatment and prevention science.
In recognition of her contributions to eating disorder research, Dr. Green received two national awards from the American Psychological Association. She recently received a grant from the National Institute of Mental Health to identify the most effective ways to treatment eating disorders.
