I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is certified in treating trauma and ADHD using different modalities, including EMDR, Person-Centered, Solution-focused, Humanistic approaches, and others. I also provide treatment for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs), anxiety, anger, depression, and marital/premarital counseling. It is through life experiences that we can gain wisdom. The key is healthily managing negative experiences while maintaining peace and faith throughout difficult situations.
My approach starts with identifying the root cause of symptoms, working backwards to facilitate healing. I utilize various modalities tailored to each individual's needs.
