I have found a passion for helping people grow and understand new coping mechanisms for anxiety, stress, depression, stressful transitions, relationship struggles, and other hardships people may face in their every day life. From my own experience of being in counseling I have learned that speaking about your feelings or what you’re going through is the best way for a change to happen.
Through different counseling techniques we can work on overcoming experiences, setting goals, create a better self-care plan, identify coping mechanisms that may work for you, and much more. Even if you just want to vent about anything, you will have a safe space with me to do so.
