I am a certified trauma professional and utilize different counseling techniques to work on overcoming experiences impacting you today, setting goals, identify positive coping mechanisms, learn to regulate nervous system, and much more. Even if you just want to vent about anything, good or bad, you will have a safe space with me to do so.
