I work with adults and couples navigating intimacy, sexuality, and disconnection from their bodies, relationships, or cultural and religious roots. Many of my clients are healing shame around sex, betrayal, or the lasting impact of purity culture. Others are untangling what it means to want, to trust, or to feel at home in their own skin. I'm not a weekly check-in therapist, I work best as a specialist. Most clients see me twice a month or monthly, going deeper than weekly sessions alone can reach.
Private-pay therapy for adults and couples exploring intimacy, identity, and relational patterns. 90-min intake to start, then 60 to 90 min sessions in-person or virtual. Somatic IFS, Integrative Sex Therapy, and Gottman Method. Most clients see me twice a month or monthly, specialist care at a sustainable pace.

Altar Practice is a monthly community circle centered on personal altar building a structured, non-therapy space to work with life transitions, grief, change, and meaning. It's for people moving through uncertainty, untangling inherited beliefs, or longing for ritual without dogma. No prior experience required. Participation begins with Part 1: Foundations, a one time self-paced recorded experience. Part 2 is a live monthly circle held on the 3rd Saturday of each month at 1pm Eastern, capped at 10 participants. Virtual, with occasional in-person gatherings.
