It's another day of the same thing, same unwanted negative self-talk, another day of what if's or what's next, and you hate the thought of the next day being a repeat yet the cycle continues anyways. Stuck. Burnt out. Drained in every sense of the word. It's gotten to be too much and you're sure you want more out of your life than this. I help individuals 16 and up who feel stuck in their unhelpful thinking patterns and are looking for a change. I also see individuals with trauma utilizing Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) with eye movements and limited talking to erase and replace distressful images and sensations.
