Anxiety, mood shifts, health concerns and trauma all negatively impact our relationships at work and in our personal lives. It is often difficult to reach out for help from a professional. Yet with the right therapist, especially a doctoral level psychologist who is non-judgmental, respectful and skilled and understands these conditions, you don’t have to struggle in isolation anymore. My therapeutic approach is person centered, collaborative, compassionate, and strength-based. My goal is to work at a pace that is comfortable for you to tailor treatment to meet your personal needs. I am also attuned to culturally sensitive issues.
I will tailor our work together with the evidenced based treatment that is specifically tailored to your needs. It may be mindfulness-based treatment for anxiety or depression or cognitive behavioral therapy, or positive psychology.
My goal is to work at a pace that is comfortable for you to tailor treatment to meet your personal needs. I will work with you to address both past and present challenges with the goal of increasing insight and supporting you to make self-motivated changes that provide both symptom relief and long-lasting meaningful change. I look forward to working with you
