I have a background working in substance abuse and mental health (dual diagnosis). I have a great understanding of anxiety, depression, PTSD and many other mental health and substance abuse issues. I work with clients struggling with their issues that make a conscious decision to seek help in healing.
I have spent the last 20 plus years working with all ages in the social service field. In those 20 plus years I have worked to build my skills and knowledge to help clients find the best path and light out of darkness. I want to be able to do that with you. I utilize person-centered therapy, CBT, and CPT. I want to guide you to finding your best you.
