My specialty is working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. I help clients build their coping toolbox and utilize healthy coping strategies. I encourage clients to participate in self-care.
I will provide a safe and judgement free environment. I also have case management experience and love sharing useful resources for my clients in need. I am very understanding and help clients be more comfortable within themselves.
