Welcome! I’m Melany, a mental health therapist and AASECT certified sex therapist based in the Carolinas. I often work with people with sexual concerns that impact their relationships, self esteem, or overall quality of life. I want you to know that if this is you, you are not alone. Sexual concerns can be some of the most challenging and sensitive issues to address, but I believe that they don't have to be a barrier to fulfilling relationships or personal satisfaction. I can help you navigate these complex issues with empathy and knowledge, all while offering a non-judgmental and affirming approach tailored to your needs.

While I have a specialty in sexuality, my work extends beyond sexual matters. I have a wide-range of experience that includes helping individuals with a variety of concerns, such as anxiety, multiculturalism, self-esteem, navigating life transitions, and more. I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together as a team to reach your goals.

My approach to therapy is laid back and direct while honoring your unique experiences. I ask you to bring your unfiltered self, whether you wish to discuss sexual matters or any other challenges you're facing. I offer teletherapy for all of NC and SC.
