Welcome! I’m a mental health therapist and AASECT certified sex therapist based in the Carolinas. I often work with individuals and couples facing sexual concerns that affect their relationships, self-esteem, or overall quality of life. These challenges can feel sensitive and difficult to talk about, but they don’t have to stand in the way of fulfillment or connection. Together, we can navigate these complexities with compassion and knowledge, in a space that is non-judgmental and affirming.

While I have a specialty in sex therapy, my work extends beyond sexual concerns. I also help people navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, insecurity, life transitions, and more. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we work side by side to help you build a life that feels meaningful and authentic to you.

My approach to therapy is laid back, compassionate, and direct. My hope is for my therapy office to be the one space where you can take off the mask we sometimes feel pressured to wear.
