Being a parent is a balancing act, navigating multiple (often conflicting) roles at home and out in the world. When you and/or your kids are going through a hard time, that balancing act gets even trickier. Many parents come to me exhausted and overloaded with responsibilities. My goal is to come in as a support system and thought partner so you can take some of that load off your shoulders. Together, we can figure out ways for your family to thrive as individuals and as a family unit!

I provide adult therapy, child play therapy and parenting support with a focus on anxiety, neurodivergence, and highly sensitive kids and adults. I approach my work from a neuro-affirming and strengths-based perspective where we use individual strengths as ways to problem-solve and build resilience.
