I help adults and couples work through anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma, and life transitions. I also work with men referred by their partners who feel uncertain about therapy. Whether you're navigating a personal crisis or just feeling “off” and not sure why, therapy can provide a space to explore, heal, and grow. My role is to walk with you through that process at your own pace.
I help adults and couples manage anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, and trauma. You don’t have to have it all figured out. In therapy, we’ll work to improve communication, reduce stress, and explore what’s holding you back. I am comfortable with anger, make space for your emotions, and enjoy humor.
