My practice offers support and tools when dealing with uncertainty and performance pressure, sleep problems, anxiety, and parenting challenges, as well as the impacts of ADHD and other neurodiversity. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and relatable. My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe to explore healthier ways to cope with life stressors while growing into the person you set out to be.
I offer a tailored and trauma-informed treatment approach supported by many years of experience, drawing from the latest research findings with a focus on anxiety, stress, burn-out, performance pressure, feelings of overwhelm, and lingering sadness. I also support parents in finding strategies that work with neurodivergent teens.
As a parent of teens myself, having lived on different continents and a previous corporate career, I can relate to the many challenges life brings and the demands of Silicone Valley's fast-paced culture.
