It can be an intimidating process to begin or reengage in counseling, so I am glad you are visiting my profile for the chance to learn more about me. If you are feeling stuck in your life and looking for some insight, this is a very relatable experience. I often see clients who are tired of feeling distressed, lost, anxious, unmotivated, etc.
My goal is to help clients understand their social and cultural experiences in their environments, as well as their existential need for meaning and purpose. Through non-judgment, I will help guide your ability to understand yourself and release stuck emotions that have gotten in your way or weighed you down.
I enjoy building lasting relationships with my clients. My clients often express feelings of hope and insight after the first session. My greatest wish is for all human beings to experience freedom and joy. I'll look forward to hearing from you to see if we would like to work together.
