I offer a safe space to explore and identify thoughts, learn to regulate emotions, and assist an individual or group in coping with the stress of everyday life.
I use Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapy through a trauma-sensitive lens to assist in working through emotions. Upon request, I am trained in yoga therapy and EMDR which can aid in identifying and regulating emotions held within the body. I use play therapy principles when counseling children and adolescents.
