Hello! I utilize a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy, and believe that the success of counseling revolves around building a collaborative relationship focused on trust, openness, and mutual respect. I aspire to create a safe, non-judgmental space where each of my clients feel heard, accepted, and empowered to create personalized goals to reach their full potential. I draw therapeutic techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
I'm trained to work with adult individuals & couples, and I have a special passion for working with clients through relational and interpersonal concerns. I believe that all humans aspire to feel safe & seen in relationships and that belonging is the cornerstone of happiness. I have specialized training in Levels 1, 2, & 3 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
I also enjoy working with clients focused on self-esteem/compassion, attachment/inner child work, boundaries, life transitions, anxiety, career & self exploration, and value driven work.
