I believe everyone has the ability to change their story. Whether you are a couple, a family, or an individual, you can have hope. I desire to walk alongside you in your struggles and help you to forge a new path. Sometimes all it takes is a listening ear; sometimes it takes long, hard work. We are comprised of mind, body, and spirit, and I believe in holistic treatment that addresses all three. Whether you are seeking treatment as a couple or individual, I want to help you, as a whole person, find hope and healing.
Depending on your particular needs and experiences, I draw from several different treatment models, including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and client-centered therapy. I have completed Level 2 training in the Gottman Method.
