I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families, drawing from attachment theory, family systems, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. I am also trained in evidence-based trauma treatments including EMDR and TF-CBT. While I welcome clients with a variety of treatment concerns, strengthening family relationships is at the heart of my work.
