About
Are you struggling with anxiety and depression and feel hopeless? Life can be frustrating at times, but there is hope. I can assist you to understand your story, thought patterns and behaviors that you want to change. I enjoy helping individuals who are focused on personal growth and emotional healing.
I maintain a psychotherapy practice which is best described as client-centered and collaborative while incorporating Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral therapy (CBT), and Dialectal therapy (DBT). Also, I completed a 2-year post-doctoral fellowship in Neuropsychology and I provide dementia, stroke, and traumatic brain injury evaluations.
As of now, all therapy appointments are completed via Zoom or through a telemedicine remote platform. Neuropsychological evaluations are being completed through a combination of video telehealth and in-person appointments. As always my patients’ mental health is a top priority. Please reach out to me for a free 20min consultation.
