Hello. My most favorite part of being a therapist is the celebration of your successes as we work together. I'm so glad you're taking these first steps towards support, healing, and relief. Therapy is a place to gain tools, learn about yourself, make impactful changes, and above all to be seen, heard, and accepted - whether you're struggling with grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, big decisions, the long-lasting impact of trauma, or any human challenge. Therapy can also be hard work - facing uncomfortable feelings and truths. My work is infused with compassion and humor to make the hard parts a little softer.
We no longer see clients in our Thomasville office, but we have several clinicians who can see clients virtually from our Atlanta office. Align Wellness is care-fully tending the gap and the overlap between psychotherapy and healing arts. We are a collection of therapists for folks who haven't quite found what they're looking for from therapy in the past.
