ALIGN is a holistic and integrative therapy practice tending the gap and the overlap between psychotherapy and healing arts. My personal work is currently offering more communal containers for the work: group therapy, workshops, and ritual, as well as offering supervision, training, and consultation to other therapists.
1:1 sessions at Align Wellness include traditional talk therapy, somatic practices, direction to focus on in-the-moment emotional + physical sensations, creation of a safe container to experience difficult emotion, gentle pushing to shift stuck energies, encouragement of all the things you're doing well, and lightness + laughter to break up the hard parts.

Virtual Clinical Supervision Group
Clinical Supervision Group for clinicians seeking full licensure in Georgia and for RSWIs in Florida. We meet virtually on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month from 12:00-1:30 EST. Group runs each year from April through December.

Maiden/Mother/Crone Women's Process Group
A 10-week process group for women in every stage of life, focused on navigating the thresholds we face: transitions in circumstance, aging, and identity. Group begins September 9th and runs through November 11th.
