My ideal clients are parents feeling stretched thin, individuals and couples navigating infertility, and people facing major life transitions. They come in carrying a mix of old wounds, daily stress, and the quiet ache of feeling unseen or stuck. Many aren't sure where to start. They just know something needs to shift. Therapy offers a space to slow down, sort through what feels heavy, and reconnect with yourself. No plan or perfect words required. Just you, as you are. Together, we work toward feeling steadier, more grounded, and more connected to who you are.
I specialize in supporting parents, those facing infertility, and people navigating life transitions. Drawing from CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and an integrative approach, I tailor treatment to what each person needs to help you untangle what feels stuck and move forward with more clarity and steadiness.
