We all know life comes with its ups and downs and sometimes we struggle with how to navigate this crazy journey called life. Therapy can be a scary thing to start when it is the unknown, however, I am here in hopes of bringing new light to your life. I am an MFTC working with individuals, couples, and families. I work with clients using different types of therapy modalities (listed below) that are most fitting for the client and client-therapist relationship. I also often work with kiddos as young as age 4 using play therapy techniques.
My goal as a therapist is to help guide people through the plethora of life's struggles using tools and techniques that the client will hopefully be able to take home with them and apply as life skills. As I build rapport with the client, I am able to find the right types of therapy that fit for them and their own unique selves and situations.
I focus on holistic therapy in order to reach each client where they are at in life. We work through the struggles and also take the time to build on strengths already possessed and use them as a catalyst to guide clients to a new found hope in life.
