About
Hello! Starting therapy can be a difficult process, but I am here to make it easier. My clients come to me because they are struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, OCD or depression, and feel like they are stuck and no matter what they have tried they can’t pull themselves out. They leave empowered, with specific tools that reshape how their brain, emotions, and behavior work. My clients understand themselves better than before and therefore begin to find the light at the end of the tunnel. They learn the steps and skills towards a happier, more productive life. I would love to assist you in the same way.
You and I will discover together what is holding you back from living your most fulfilling life and what is causing your suffering. I practice Marriage Therapy, CBT, and EXRP. Through these methods I will assist you in learning new skills and tools to relieve your symptoms and set you back on your path.
Take the first step today, don't suffer anymore. Please contact me for a free phone consultation and begin your journey to better health. I am here to listen, here to understand, here to help.
