About
There you are… the person who conveys to the world that you are “totally ok.” The person who “has it all together” according to life’s standards but feels quite differently on the inside. My message to you is that you matter and you are enough. We all manage an immense number of stressors in our daily lives, and therapy is a safe space where you can take time to pause, reflect, and grow. You are the expert of your life, and my role as your therapist is to provide insight and understanding into your experiences to assist you on your journey. Without judgment, I will provide you comfort and be the listening ear you need.
I have experience working with individuals, families, and groups of diverse backgrounds who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, cultural adjustment, interpersonal stress, and more. Every client’s needs are different, and I utilize various modalities to best meet the needs of every client as it regards long-term emotional and behavioral well-being.
Together we can safely explore, unpack, and learn new ways to rework negative thinking in addition to navigate through complex situations and emotions. I am beyond passionate about helping people, and my hope is that you will allow me to walk with you on your journey in becoming the very best version of yourself.
