I work with high-achieving adults — professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs — to gently explore the roots of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and chronic exhaustion. This isn't just about coping better. It's about coming home to yourself.

Healing happens in relationship, and that's at the heart of how I work. I use inner child work and nervous system regulation to help you move through anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions with lasting results. Relational, affirming, and never pathologizing. Our Gulf Grove Therapy team also supports children, couples, and families.
