About
We all face difficulties in our lives and in our relationships. If you have painful memories of traumatic events, there is help and there is hope. Whatever may be getting in your way we can find a path through it. Together we can engage in the process of healing from past hurt, trauma, and pain to a sense of peace, wholeness, and wellbeing.
I see the role of a therapist as an advocate and facilitator; helping you feel comfortable and empowered to explore your concerns and gain insight. My priority is to promote a safe environment that is supportive, encouraging and nonjudgmental; to help you gain awareness of, and better understand your core beliefs, thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
My goal is to create a trusting partnership where you know you are valued. I love my work and am fully committed to my patients and supporting them through the process of change.
