I specialize in ERP for OCD, EMDR trauma, Attachment styles and codependency, LGBTQ+ affirming, and Gottman couples counseling. I work from a client-centered approach which means you are the expert of your lived reality; however, collaboratively, we will explore what is and is not working in your life, and utilize evidence-based interventions.
Talk therapy is conversational and collaborative. Each client is a unique individual; therefore, the therapeutic relationship, and thus the interventions, are organically tailor-made to suit the needs of each client.
