I have over 15 years of experience working in a wide variety of settings within mental health. I believe in utilizing a strengths-based, non-judgmental, and warm approach when connecting with others. My passion is ensuring that clients feel supported, heard, and empowered! I look forward to learning more about others, as we all have a story to tell as we navigate through the joys and challenges in the journey of life.
