I have experience working with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder and Trauma. I can help you discover the lens you are looking at things through and help find and define a new lens to look through.
I have a speciality in Trauma focused treatment- trained in Neurosequential Model. I help clients get to the root of awareness in their personal trauma to begin the healing. Relationships are a big part of healing too- we will work together in understanding the relationships in your life as well as the relationship with yourself.
I believe each client is an expert in their own life and treatment. Each client has the power and ability to change the way they think or see situations. I will help guide this process and empower clients to help themselves.
