I have specialized in working with trauma survivors for over a decade with specialized training in trauma informed care, Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Model (TREM), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), and Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP).

Women's Trauma Group

The group is designed to support trauma education for women. This unique group incorporates a bottom-up approach that uses somatic therapies. Each group is designed to connect group members and better understand the body's response to trauma, violence, and mistreatment. Groups will also provide practical skills to use mindfulness in daily life. Our approach uses evidenced based practices integrated from EMDR, psychoeducation, and polyvagal theory. Group is held weekly from 6-7:30 at a cost of $40 per group.
