I work with folks who have anxiety, depression, trauma or PTSD, grief or other difficulty. Frequently, clients would like a calmer, more peaceful mind or would like help achieving their goals. Clients may have had high stress experiences or difficult childhoods. Therapy can help you find your voice, identify your strengths and resources, and improve coping skills that help you make progress toward your goals. Clients may want to improve their relationships with others or learn to live with less self-blame. Healing is possible with support, compassion, and understanding in a nonjudgmental counseling relationship.
Counseling may help reduce symptoms and possibly smooth some of those rocky patches you experience . I have helped clients learn better ways of coping that enhance their mental wellness. I am client centered, nonjudgmental, and accept you where you are. A therapeutic relationship can help you heal. My experience includes over 14 years in mental health.
