Connections are at the core of therapy, and I seek to create a space where you can be yourself. My primary focus is on helping individuals overcome trauma and reduce anxiety and depression that impacts their lifestyle, relationships and self-esteem. Many of my clients describe themselves as perfectionists with people-pleasing tendencies that are looking for peace. My clients often express the need for tangible solutions to quiet their disruptive thoughts and a long-term healing as they better understand themselves and let go of old wounds. Through therapy we will take steps toward achieving your goals and making lasting change.

I use a Trauma-informed and Attachment theory framework. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address anxiety, alleviate depression, and increase self-esteem. I also utilize Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help heal from trauma and reframe negative belief patterns.

I prefer to have a free 15-minute phone chat with potential clients before beginning services. This allows me to introduce myself and my therapeutic style and to hear what you are looking for. Likewise, I find that it helps you feel more comfortable and knowledgeable about the process before ever paying for any services.
