The journey of wholeness is one of subtlety and complexity and by its nature unfolds in a timeline unique to each of us. The center of gravity of the work is rooted in the maturation of the human heart and the conscious tending of the innate longing for purpose, meaning and aliveness. While the work is challenging to the identities and fantasies we have created, it is grounded in love, essential wisdom and desire for freedom. To make the journey with an empathic, attuned, experienced fellow traveler is one of the true mysteries of human life.
My approach draws on the wisdom found in relational and depth psychologies, as well as, Somatic Experiencing therapy, Internal Family Systems and contemplative traditions, and is rooted in psychological growth, emotional healing, spiritual transformation and, when appropriate, the use of psychedelic assisted therapy.
