As a psychologist with doctoral and post-doctoral training in psychotherapy I work with people across the lifespan to achieve their fullest potential. Many adults come to me struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationships issues; lacking satisfaction in their academic or professional lives; or wrestling with life transitions. Young adults and teens need help navigating complex social terrain, managing stress, and risky behaviors while their parents benefit from guidance and support.
